Joshua N. Andrews is author of Paper Profits – How to Buy and Profit from Notes: A Beginners Guide. He specializes in buying and selling mortgage notes with an emphasis on distressed assets. Mr. Andrews role in the company consists of asset acquisition and management. He oversees the purchase, negotiation and management of all in-house loans.

In 2012 while working as a mortgage banker, Mr. Andrews learned about the opportunity notes and mortgages provide to everyday investors. After reading and studying all he could, he purchased his first performing note with his own IRA funds.

Since buying his first note in 2013, he has been steadily buying, selling and modifying loans of various types for profit. He has been very fortunate to have excellent mentors and guides during the years. In early 2015, Scott Ruzich joined the business as an investor and partner.

Through Mr. Andrews guidance and efforts, the company has become successful in buying, trading and modifying both performing and non-performing liens for profit.

In addition to purchasing notes, Mr. Andrews has been involved in several other asset classes, such as single family homes, stocks and apartments.

What He is Passionate About
His biggest passion is financial freedom. Most people grind away at jobs they don’t enjoy, mostly because they don't know of a better way to provide for themselves and their families. Joshua enjoys sharing with investors how notes can provide freedom when purchased properly and with prudence.

Some of His Values
Joshua believes health, family, and most especially time to think, are the cornerstones of a happy life. It seems our society has lost their way in this regard, as we struggle and grind for that shiner something, which we imagine will make us feel fulfilled. He believes it is possible to be happy now, while still being strongly motivated for a higher quality of life.
