Investor Oportunities

If you are an active or passive investor, we may have opportunities available for you. Most investors fall into one of two categories. These are known as either active or passive.

Passive Investor

A person who makes the initial investment choice, applies money toward an investment, and then trusts others to manage the day to day operations. A passive investor is typically not making day-to-day decisions, or concerned with daily management. This is usually someone who has a day job, family or otherwise full schedule outside of investing. This is a legitimate investor who may be well educated but does not have time or the inclination to locate or manage investments on a full-time basis.

Active Investor

A person who applies an active strategy of buying, selling, and managing investments. They also and make regular investment decisions choices and research. In real estate this would be someone who manages the properties, negotiates deals, develops vendor relationships and sets rents. This usually is a person who focuses full-time on investing.
